1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TASQ Agency's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TASQ Agency provides comprehensive creative growth and digital marketing services specifically designed for artists, musicians, authors, and other creative professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Social Media Management: Complete management of social media accounts including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and audience growth strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Development of custom content strategies, creation of visual and written content, video production, graphic design, photography coordination, and content calendar management tailored to each creator's unique brand and audience.
• Brand Development: Comprehensive brand identity creation including logo design, brand guidelines, visual identity systems, brand voice development, and brand positioning strategies to establish a strong, recognizable presence in the creative industry.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns including product launches, event promotion, book releases, album launches, art exhibitions, and other creative project promotions using both organic and paid advertising strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Detailed performance tracking, audience insights, engagement analysis, growth metrics, ROI reporting, and strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize creative careers and business growth.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for service delivery. Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by TASQ Agency remains the property of the client upon full payment. TASQ Agency retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

TASQ Agency agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TASQ Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
